Transit Hub Conference Room
Our Conference Room is ideal for most small to mid-sized meeting or reception needs. It features over 2,000 square feet and a sliding wall that can be used to create smaller rooms, or multi room breakout space. Amenities include tables and chairs for up to 70 guests, a piano, wireless internet, and a dedicated ADA accessible restroom.
Northeast Oregon Public Transit is convientiently located less than 90 seconds from Interstate 84 and close to hotels and restaurants. Our Transit Hub also has ample parking near the Conference Room.
Room rental is only $20 an hour (minimum of two hours) Monday through Friday. Weekend rates are $25 per hour (minimum of two hours). Your total rental time must include your set up and take down time. Any rentals that are four hours or longer will be charged our daily rental fee of $125. For an additional fee we can even advertise your event on the digital sign on Cove Avenue. If you are interested please inquire about our schedule and fees.
A refundable damage deposit of $100 is required at the time of key issuance. If alcohol is served we require an additional deposit of $1200 and you must use one of our approved Food Service partners who is properly licensed by the OLCC and has provided us with a Certificate of Insurance. This list is available upon request.
If you need Food Services with your event we can offer you a periodically updated list of local caterers. The Conference Room features a sink but we do not have kitchen facilities for lease.
