Cost
Room rental is only $25 an hour, with a minimum of two hours. The refundable damage deposit is $40 for four hours or less, and $125 for any amount of time exceeding four hours. If alcohol is served, we require an additional deposit of $125 and you must use an approved Food Service partner who is properly licensed by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission and has provided us with a Certificate of Insurance.
If you’re paying with cash or check, you will be required to pay a $40 refundable deposit for hourly room rentals and $75 for daily. If you’re paying with a credit/debit card, your card will be charged a $40 flat fee, then $25 per hour if cleaning exceeds one hour for cleaning not performed by the responsible party.

Details
Our Conference Room is ideal for most small to mid-sized meetings. It features over 2,000 square feet and a sliding wall that can be used to separate the room into two sections. Amenities include tables and chairs for up to 70 guests, wireless internet, and a dedicated ADA accessible restroom. The conference room features a sink, but we do not have kitchen facilities for lease.
Northeast Oregon Public Transit is convientiently located less than 90 seconds from Interstate 84 and close to hotels and restaurants. Our Transit Hub also has ample parking near the Conference Room.
If you need Food Services with your event we can offer you a periodically updated list of local caterers. The Conference Room features a sink but we do not have kitchen facilities for lease.
