Community Connection has a number of comprehensive services specifically for veterans. These services include in-home caregivers, rent and utility assistance, down payment assistance on a house, housing rehabilitation and weatherization, and medical transportation. Please call your local Community Connection community center to speak with one of our trained professionals, or check out the list of programs below.
