ADA Reasonable Modification Policy
CCNO is committed to providing equal access to its transportation services for individuals with disabilities. Our Reasonable Modification Policy enables individuals to request changes to our policies, practices, or procedures so they can fully use our programs, services, and activities, unless the request would fundamentally alter the service, pose a direct threat to health or safety, or the individual can use the service without the modification. Requests can be submitted orally or in writing, and we will engage in a prompt interactive process to determine whether the modification will be granted or denied.
